Our Beef

Located in the beautiful Similkameen Valley, our cattle are Instensively Grazed right at home on our irrigated hayfields mixed with a diverse diet of legumes and grasses, free from the use of any herbicides or pesticides.

We move the cattle every 1-3 days to a new section of lush green forage. Feeding this way provides the highest quality nutrition while maintaining an extremely healthy and regenerative forage source that is fertilized by the animals naturally.

Our finishing stage benefits from high quality hay and just the right amount of natural grains to provide delicious and tender beef that we guarantee you will love.

We focus on processing our beef in the 18-24 month age to provide tender and flavourful cuts. A young animal in a stress-free environment with lush forage and unlimited access to fresh, clean water makes for excellent beef.

From time to time, we also offer strictly grassfed beef. When we do, we ensure tender and flavourful cuts and a proper fat content in the ground beef to promise it’s not dry. Strictly grassfed beef generally offers a different taste and texture than grass fed/grain finished beef but it is equally wonderful when raised correctly.

Our beef is free from added hormones and implants and is processed at a licensed and Government inspected facility to ensure the highest quality standards for our customers.
