1/6 can only be House Cut. 1/4 and 1/2 Beef can have a total custom cut.
This 1/6 will have approximately following cuts, differing weights will cut slightly differently:
- 35 Steaks cut 3/4” thick: 5 New York, 5 Prime Rib/Bone-in Ribeye complete with fat cap , 3 Tenderloin, 4 Top Sirloin, 8 Chuck, 2 Outside round, 4 Inside Round, 2 Tri Tip, 2 Top Sirloin Cap
- 10 Minute Steaks. 4 packages of Stir Fry, 5 packages of Stew Beef, 2 package short ribs, 1 Cross Rib Roast, 1 Outside Round Roast
- 35lbs Lean Ground Beef (our blend is measured as a true Lean, not dry while not too fatty)
- Soup/Dog bones
