- 58 Steaks cut 3/4” thick (you can have steaks cut 1” or thicker!): 7 New York, 9 Prime Rib/Bone-in Ribeye complete with fat cap , 5 Tenderloin, 7 Top Sirloin, 12 Chuck, 5 Inside Round, 3 Outside round, 3 Top Sirloin Cap, 3 Tri-Tip, 4 Flank

- 32lbs Lean Ground Beef (our blend is measured as a true Lean, not dry while not too fatty)

- 18 Minute Steaks. 4 packages of Stir Fry, 4 packages of Stew Beef, 2 package maui cut short ribs, 4 Roasts

  • 1 Brisket (optional, may request this made into ground beef)

Packaged in Biodegradable Butcher Paper.

And, if you would like them, Soup/Dog bones.

How to proceed?

  3. Then we will contact you direct once the beef is hanging to go over specifics about how you would like the beef cut (steak types and thickness, roast types and size, package sizes, etc)

  4. Once cut, we arrange a delivery date and bring the beef to your door!

  5. Final payment via etransfer or cash upon delivery
