- 28 lbs Lean Ground Beef (our blend is measured as a true Lean, not dry while not too fatty)

- 3 packs short ribs, 2 Cross Rib Roasts, 2 packs stew beef, 2 packs stir fry, 14 minute steaks

• 1 brisket

• Soup bones, Dog Bones

• Suet, the proper kidney fat to make tallow for cooking or hand/body cream
