$9.25 per pound X 425-500lbs on hanging weight. Price will be $4150-$4625 less the $400 deposit and don’t pay until delivery! Final weight determined when beef is hung.

- 105 Steaks cut 3/4” thick (you can have steaks cut 1’’ or thicker!): 14 New York Strip, 16 Prime Rib Steaks (Bone-In Ribeye with fat-cap), 10 Tenderloin, 13 Top Sirloin, 24 Chuck (Rancher’s Ribeye), 8 Inside Round, 6 Outside Round, 6 Top Cap Sirloin, 4 Flank, 6 Tri-Tip
- 80lbs Lean Ground Beef (our blend is measured as a true Lean, not dry while not too fatty)
- 48Minute Steaks, 6 packages of Stir Fry, 6 packages of Stew Beef, 4 packages Short Ribs, 6 Roasts
Packaged in Biodegradable Butcher Paper.
How to proceed?

Then we will contact you direct once the beef is hanging to go over specifics about how you would like the beef cut (steak types and thickness, roast types and size, package sizes, etc)
Once cut, we arrange a delivery date and bring the beef to your door!
Final payment via etransfer or cash upon delivery
